- FIRST CHILD FREE: until 10 years-old, in DELUXE or JUNIOR SUITE.
- PETS NOT ADMITTED.
- MINIMUM STAY: Extra Season - 7 days; High Season - 3 days; Holy Week - 3 days; Weekends and Long Weekends - 2 days.
- RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE: Extra Season - 2 nights Deposit; High Season and Holy Week - 1st night Deposit; Rest without deposit, only guaranteed with Credit Card.
- DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, but they can be enjoyed during any other stay (without expiry date)
- CANCELATION POLICY: For No-shows, early departures or cancellations just after 12.00 am (Local hotel time) 1 day before date of arrival, the Hotel will charge the 1st night cancellation fee, except: Easter and High Season (cancellation must occur before 12 hours 3 days prior to arrival), and Extra Season (cancellation must occur 12 hours before the 7 days prior to arrival, being here penalty of 2 nights).
